Agreement to Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Miller Legal Center, APC dba Law Offices of Mark L. Miller, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number provided. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying “STOP” to any text message

- Updating your preferences on our client portal
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Attorney-Client Privilege Considerations
IMPORTANT: SMS communications may not be secure or confidential. Do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive information via SMS. For confidential communications, please call our office directly or use our secure client portal. By using SMS services, you acknowledge that SMS messages are not protected by attorney-client privilege and may be discoverable in legal proceedings.
Privacy and Data Security
We take your privacy seriously. Mobile phone numbers and message content are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. However, SMS messages may not be encrypted and could be intercepted by third parties.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is available to users on major U.S. carriers including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers.
Technical Requirements
A compatible mobile device with SMS capability is required. We are not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to technical issues, network problems, or device limitations.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SMS services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also modify these terms of service by posting updates on our website.
No Guarantee of Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered or received. Important time-sensitive communications should always be confirmed through additional means.
Legal Compliance
Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Miller Legal Center, APC dba Law Offices of Mark L. Miller shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or problems that occur in the transmission or delivery of SMS messages, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SMS service.
